Job Title: Head of Sales, EMEA
Team/Division: Sales
Location: Prague, Czech Republic, travelling to the CR on regular basis also an option
Line Manager: CEO
Budget Responsibility: Personal sales quota and in 15 months company sales quota

Purpose of the Role

  • Lead sales growth by expanding market penetration, optimizing commercial activities, and driving profitability.
  • Promote customer-focused culture, aligning teams to enhance collaboration, motivation, and service excellence.
  • Anticipate industry trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage across hardware, software, and services.

Customers

  • Internal: Product & Solutions Team for product/Commercial support, HR, Marketing, Factory, Sales, Pre-Sales 
  • External: End-users, Resellers, Ambassadors/Agents, Distributors, Consultants

Main activities

  • Drive sales growth, meet targets, and provide accurate forecasts while managing customer relationships and key accounts.
  • Oversee pricing, profitability, and resource allocation to meet financial goals across the region.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, identifying new business opportunities and securing new products.
  • Lead and manage sales performance, implementing corrective actions and tracking incentive plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, CRM utilization, and coordination with regional leadership for strategic development.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence and contribute to long-term growth plans and portfolio development.
  • Manage sales team administration, including training, performance reviews, and organizational planning.

Experience / Skills / Other

Mandatory

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Technology field (Science, Information Technology)
  • At least 15 years of management experience in a sales organization with a strong focus on P&L responsibility
  • Good knowledge of the Middle East and African culture and customer landscape
  • Successful track record in leading organizations and teams of at least 5

Others

  • Extensive travel is expected at 50% of the year across Middle - East and Africa
