HR Business Partner
Reporting to the CEO of Altron Modular s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration on the preparation of the recruitment plan (KPIs)
- Collaboration on the preparation of HR costs (KPIs)
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from candidate sourcing through to extending job offers
- HR administration in collaboration with PA Altron, a.s.
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety compliance (occupational health care, CRDR system administration, qualification training)
- OKBase system administration (approving employee attendance on behalf of the CEO, sending out personal questionnaires, payroll documentation)
- Onboarding of new employees (HR and technical onboarding)
- Offboarding of departing employees (HR and technical offboarding)
- Organizing interviews during the probationary period (guiding new employees through the probationary period, mentoring on technical and office processes)
- Collaboration on HR process documentation
- Collaboration on the preparation of onboarding plans for key professional roles
- Management of the HR email inbox
- Organizing team-building events and activities for employees
- Responsibility for preparing and processing contracts with suppliers and external contractors
- Responsibility for ISO 27001, 9001, 14001
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety from a facilities perspective (Prague offices and Buštěhrad)
- Collaboration on the preparation of internal guidelines
- Management of the company’s data box, sending documents from the data box
Experience / Requirements
- College degree in human resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent knowledge of grammar and style
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel as needed
