Product Manager
Purpose of the Role
- Sales supporting function
- Oversee product development of prefabricated modular data centers in alignment with market trends and business strategy
Responsibilities
- Validate existing products
- Validate process of product development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing
- Oversee product development of prefabricated modular data centers in alignment with market trends and business strategy
- Define and gather technical and business requirements from stakeholders
- Create realistic roadmap on Quarterly and Yearly basis, execute within given targets, reporting to senior management.
- Define and follow a “product packaging” – as build documentation and other engineering outputs. Yet work with engineering on the finishing of the product/s
- Engage with clients to understand needs, manage expectations, and support sales team. Extensive calls with clients to support the sales team
Job Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of work experience (mandatory)
- Managerial role / project coordination and team managing experience (mandatory)
- Creative and open to change (mandatory)
- English proficiency, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Client-oriented role with good communication skills (mandatory)
- Enterprise experience and well- structured / process oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset is nice to have
Travel
- Some travel but defines their travel needs in and outside EU
