Sales Operations Specialist

Purpose of the Role

  • Provide operational support to the Sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, prepare key materials for customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to an efficient sales process, enabling the team to focus on customer relationships, revenue growth, and overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, keeping CRM data accurate, clean, and deduplicated.
  • Define, build, and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports for the Sales team and company leadership.
  • Pull and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Help maintain and reinforce clear sales processes and workflows within the CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar administrative role.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for reporting.
  • Native-level Czech and advanced English (C1).
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including backend navigation, report creation, and data hygiene management.
  • A highly organized, data- and process-oriented mindset with a natural drive to bring structure to complex information.
  • Analytical ability and confidence working with spreadsheets and CRM data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Positive learning attitude, adaptability, and motivation to build new skills and grow in Sales Operations.
  • Effective communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
