Junior Project Manager
Purpose of the Role
- Support the delivery phase of projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
- Provide coordination, administrative support, and oversight of project execution from project handover through to successful customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Project Manager in managing projects throughout the entire delivery phase.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the project team.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update project documentation.
- Maintain records of project data, contractual documentation, change requests, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project schedules and identify deviations, risks, and outstanding actions.
- Organize project meetings and prepare materials for customer and internal stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate communication between Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing regular project status and progress reports.
- Support the monitoring of project costs, invoicing milestones, and project cash flow.
- Participate in project review meetings, factory inspections, and other project-related activities.
- Gradually assume responsibility for assigned work packages and project deliverables as your experience and competence develop.
Job Requirements
- Secondary school or university degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field.
- Strong interest in project management within a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and priorities in a structured manner.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for day-to-day business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in project management.
Others
- Previous experience in project coordination or project administration is an advantage.
- Opportunity to contribute to modular data center projects in the Czech Republic and internationally.
- Hands-on experience in complex technical and capital projects, supporting one or more Senior Project Managers.
- Occasional business travel within the Czech Republic and internationally, including visits to manufacturing facilities, construction sites, installation locations, and customer meetings.
